About Us

Bangladesh is a populous country. According to the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS), about half of the total population is women. The total number of employable people (men and women) in the country is 10 crore 91 lakh.

Of these, 6 crore 8 lakh people are engaged in work. The remaining 4 crore 82 lakh 80 thousand people are working but out of the labor force. Of these, educated, semi-educated and educated women are equal to men.

Through various technical trainings, it is possible to transform this huge population into skilled manpower and use it in the manufacturing sector to integrate it into the mainstream of the country’s economic activities.

The activities of this organization will be conducted for the purpose of ensuring safe and secure work place of women as well as in economic activities of the country.

• To provide all possible assistance for the development and self-reliance of women and persons with disabilities through various development projects.
• Take necessary steps to enable women to earn a living at home through technical education and training
• Adoption and implementation of short and long term projects to implement the goals of the organization
• Raise income through seminars, symposiums and mass media, raise awareness about the need for healthy living and women’s and disability rights
• Ensure the rights of women and the disabled and provide legal assistance
• Participation in various national and international day celebrations and various development activities undertaken by the government.
